Unexpected: A Nanny/Single Parent Romance
As a single mom, and the owner of one of LA’s top real estate firms, I know better than to mix business with pleasure. But my daughter’s new nanny has me wanting to break all my rules.
After my ex bailed for the summer, I scrambled to find a new nanny for my daughter. I never expected the agency to send a hot, younger man.
Preston looks like he’d be more at home on a Hollywood set than playing dress up with my daughter. But he dotes on her, bring a much-needed sense of calm and order to our home.
And the way he looks at me, the way he makes me feel is…unexpected.
As if might spontaneously combust.
I have to keep reminding myself that he’s off limits, but it doesn't help that he's staying in my pool house. And the more time we spend together, the more I'm tempted to cross that line.
I don't mix business with pleasure.
Or at least, I've never been tempted to until him.
